A memoir of a grade 7 student Vladyslava.
I woke up at 9 a.m., which was strange for me because I normally wake up at 8:30 a.m., as I have to go to school. I went to the kitchen to see my mom and asked why she did not wake me up to go to school. My mother responded that the war has started. For the whole day I was in some sort of panic state. I was scared. The next day, I went with my godmother and sisters to [...] district, to the village. While we were on the road, they were building lots of checkpoints, eight to nine of them. And yet this was before [...]. I stayed there for a week. When I got home, I was not panicking as much, but when I heard the siren at night, I got very scared. But after some time I got used to it.
